City Museum & Art Gallery

This is a museum where you can see lots of different things including Minerals and Fossils, Egyption Galleries, Far Eastern Art, Wildlife Galleries, Archaeology, Ceramics and glass, and seven galleries of art.
Throughout the year there are temporary exhibitions and special events.
Also on the first Sunday of each month there is a funday for all the family. Also there are children's holiday activity days and workshops linked to displays.
In the museum there is a Cafe and a gift shop.
