1 : Blow the balloons up.
2: Let the kids decorate them as they want.
Suggestions.
Don't forget to warn the kids that if they press
too hard with the pens the balloon could burst. If you have younger kids and the
balloons do burst pick the pieces up straight away so they don't have the chance
to put it in theirs mouths.
Or the kids may simply want to play with the balloons normally.
