How To.
1 : Add quarter washing up liquid to three quarters water.
2: Twist the wire so one end has a hole in the top, make sure the other end
is covered so that the sharp end doesn't stick out.
3: Dip the holey end into
the solution and blow gently to make bubbles.
Suggestions.
You may need to adjust the solution of water/washing up liquid as not all washing up liquids are the same.
