Tilly decided on drying up  for the whole day.

So in the mean time she had to try and find some thing to do.

 she decided to play at some dressing up, but half way through her mother called her to come and do the drying up.

"But I'm playing" she said.

"This is your punishment for being naughty this morning" her mother replied  "and there will be a lot of drying up as I am baking some cakes."

Tilly got undressed from her dressing up clothes and went down stairs to dry up.

There was a lot to dry up as well, there was plates, cups, knives ans forks and spoons, baking tins, and lots of other dishes.

It took Tilly a long time to dry up and after her arms hurt.
