Fruit And Jelly Sponge.

Ingredients


Assorted Fruit either fresh or from a tin.
1 Ready made sponge flan case
Jelly any flavour of your choice
Hot water for the jelly.

Method

1: Arrange the fruit in the flan until you can't see the bottom.
2:Make the jelly up with the hot water and leave to cool slightly.
3:Pour over the fruit being careful not to go over the sides of the flan.
4:Put in fridge to go cold.
5:Serve with cream or ice-cream if desired.
6:Enjoy.


Hard/Easy

This is a very easy recipe to make and the kids will have fun arranging the fruit. But remember not to let the little one's melt the jelly in the hot water as accidents can happen so quickly. As an extra for the kids why not let them dish up the fruit sponge when it is time, it will feel even more special to them.
