Items You Need.
Non toxic
Wall Paper Paste
Balloon
Strips Of Newspaper.
What To Do.
Blow up the balloon and tie the end.
Dip strips of newspaper into the past
and place them onto the balloon, leaving enough space on the top to put your coins into, and one on the bottom
to take your money out of.
Don't paste over this bit or stick any paper.
Allow the paper to dry after about 3 layers so it does not get mildrew.
This will take a few days to properly dry.
When the papier mache is complete and completely dry paint it to your choice.
When dry burst the balloon.
For the hole at the bottom you could sticky tape a pice of card to it until you need your money.
You can make animals by sticking cut out pieces of toilet roll holders and cereal boxes onto the balloon
with sticky tape and just paper over them the same way.
