Ingredients
Half
A Cup Of Cold Milk
6 Strawberries or 1 Banana
Quarter Of A Cup Of Flavoured Yoghurt
A Blender
A Tall Glass
Method
1:Chop the Strawberries or Banana into chunks.
2:Put all the
Ingredients into a blender.
3:Blend it all together until mixed and frothy.
4: Pour into the tall glass.
5: Enjoy.
Hard/Easy
This is a really easy recipe, if you don't have a
blender just use an electric whisk.
Don't forget that if the little ones are helping watch them with the knives.
